DocHouse: Tutu

One of the world's most beloved figures, Desmond Tutu was more than an Archbishop, he was a moral compass and a fearless champion of justice.

Director Sam Pollard crafts an incisive portrait of the rebel Archbishop who helped end Apartheid, tracing his active political life and interviewing friends and close companions to understand the man behind the impish laugh.

In the face of brutality, he stood resolute: a man of principles and steely determination, guided by fervent humanitarian principles and driven by his belief in the transformative power of forgiveness.
